Dr. Bunkis pointed out that his weak lower facial profile was mainly the result of a very weak chin and recommended a chin augmentation. While a facelift may have tightened his neck skin a little more, Dr. Bunkis recommended that, at his age and relatively good skin tone, he combine his chin augmentation with a neck liposuction (a lesser procedure with a quick recovery time and much less expensive. He is shown here before and after a chin augmentation (ImplanTech Anatomic Style, size XL) and neck liposuction in a brief one hour procedure under a light general anesthetic.
